Co-Founder
Alicia Keller, the visionary founder of our household staffing agency, hails from the outskirts of Chicago, where her journey into the world of private service began. Her first nannying job was at the age of 18 for a family with six children! Having pursued her education at Vanderbilt University with a focus in Education, Alicia embarked on a career dedicated to enriching the lives of families in private homes. Her versatile expertise spans various roles, including Private Educator, Nanny, Newborn Care Specialist, Household Manager, and Family Assistant. Despite having worked with some of the world’s top agencies, Alicia always harbored a passion for elevating the private service industry. Upon moving to the Treasure Valley, she recognized the need for a professional, comprehensive staffing agency with the industry knowledge she carried.
Driven by her commitment to protecting both household staff and the families they serve, Alicia envisioned a new kind of agency—one that prioritizes trust, reliability, and professionalism and one that walks alongside both the staff and the employer even after placement. Her aspiration is to see homes run smoothly, witness the growth and learning of children under compassionate care, and foster a private service industry that commands respect.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Alicia loves adventuring in the pages of books, particularly those written for children and young adults. Engaged in her community, she actively participates in her church and enjoys being outdoors whenever possible. Alicia also channels her creativity into hand-lettering and photography and cherishes moments spent with close friends. Through her dedication and passion, Alicia is excited to watch as Keller Home Staffing participates in the reshaping of the private service industry’s landscape into one built upon deeper understanding, greater education, and harmonious long-term placements.
